Ward Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled nursing professionals to join our healthcare team. You will be responsible for providing patient care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and assisting in medical procedures as per your assigned department (Ward / ICU / Emergency).

Key Responsibilities:

🏥 For Staff Nurse / Ward Nurse:

Provide general patient care and support.

Record vital signs and monitor patient health.

Administer medications and IVs.

Assist in dressing wounds and daily hygiene of patients.

Collaborate with doctors for treatment plans.

Maintain accurate medical records and charts.

Educate patients and families about care post-discharge.

🏥 For ICU Nurse:

Manage critically ill patients using advanced monitoring tools.

Operate ventilators, infusion pumps, and life-support systems.

Monitor real-time vitals and respond to emergencies.

Maintain strict hygiene, infection control, and sterile protocols.

Assist in resuscitation and emergency procedures.

Provide emotional support to families in high-stress situations.
